Our Purpose
Since 1987, Positive Workforce has stood on the frontlines of construction advocacy, monitoring projects citywide to ensure equitable employment opportunities for minority workers. Over nearly four decades, we have built a strong infrastructure of successful job placements and partnerships with leading developers, contractors, and industry stakeholders. Today, we operate more than 10,000 square feet of training space—providing job training, placement services, wraparound support, and producing skilled trades and site‑safety graduates through The Positive Learning Center.
